The Help

I'm not talking about hired help, I'm talking about the people that help create and cause our dreams to come alive and prosper. To those that believe in you and want you to win! I'm not only talking about golf but in my case it just happens to be on the course.

Once again I am gratefully reminded of how others who are near and dear to me have joined in my journey to be a champion golfer. Yesterday at my US Senior Open qualifier here in Northern California they were a fantastic gallery! They were there...following me...cheering me on even in this season of crazy putting.

Oh, I hit some great shots but my putting has been way off line yet they stayed and watched and even seemed to enjoy it? This is the Help. The help that I (and you) need to fulfill something bigger than ourselves. The people that will go out of their way to see that you win! And I get to return that and enjoy 'helping' their dreams.

I know my putting will turn around and I'll be back in the groove but it is an amazing realization to know I have the help to get me through. As Crystal and I head to our next qualifier in Monterey, California today I'm expecting, and working, to get my putting back in that groove and looking forward to that first win, when a big celebration will be taking place with The Help!

Bottom line, I guess I want to say thank you and God's favor to you!
