What did I find in my game? I'm new to this pursuit. I'm a rookie, a new guy, a pleb...(from my military school days). I have so little time in this game professionally that each year is a new era of the game. I don't have decades but months. I've discovered that in each season or era that there are discoveries on how to advance and move my game forward.
Saturday, I discovered my swing again. No changes, just the swing that people tell me they can see and know from way out in the fairway. It's much like our DNA. Our swing is personal and unique to each golfer.
As Matt and I look forward to Q-School in Portugal, these are the moments that give me confidence that what I bring to the course is me. No artificial ingredients. No substitutes, just simple short back swing and power through the ball HB (another military school moniker for my initials Henry Byron). All that to say, "B yourself!"
I believe it's 18 days before our flight takes off. That will fly by but for the moment I'm working to use every opportunity to focus in and build for Q-School. It's such a great opportunity.
Hit'em hard and look up,
Byron (HB)

It is really weird how your posts about golf resonate as posts about life! Thank you for your encouragement as i try to get my swing back. :)
Now that you found it, work it and keep it loose, warming it up!
