Smilin'

Here's a little update on Q-School. Well, first you might like to know what Q-School is? It's not a college or a university. Nor is it a seminar or a classroom for golfers. You don't sit down for this school but walk and walk we will for six days of intense golf. I CAN'T WAIT!

It's my first qualifying school opportunity. You don't leisurely consider Q-School if you're game, your mind, your attitude or your wallet aren't ready. Last year I considered it but realized I was just not quite there. THIS YEAR...I can't wait...did I say that already?

Matt and I, leave for Portugal on January 21 and fly to Lisbon where we will drive a couple hours to the Pestana Golf Resort where 1st Stage will be played on January 26 - 27. Then we practice a day and start the 2nd STage, four day tournament for those coveted tour cards that get us on the European Senior PGA Tour.

Q-School sounds like a blast. It sure seems like a great way to start my tournament year and who can argue with being in Portugal in January. I'm Smilin'!
